Our Story

Tamoha Arts Foundation® was established in 2016 with the vision of preserving, promoting, and propagating the timeless tradition of Bhāratanāṭya . Rooted in India's rich cultural heritage, the foundation is dedicated to nurturing dancers through disciplined training, artistic excellence, and spiritual values.

Over the years, Tamoha Arts Foundation has become a vibrant center for learning where students of all ages are inspired to appreciate the beauty of Bhāratanāṭya while developing confidence, discipline, and creativity.

Tamoha Arts Foundation® is a reputed Bharatanatya institution dedicated to excellence in Indian classical dance through systematic training, discipline, and artistic integrity. Founded and led by Vidushi Smt. Gayathri Maiya, the institution provides structured and graded training for Dance Exams, with equal emphasis on practical and theoretical learning.

The foundation has trained and mentored numerous students across age groups, many of whom have excelled in dance examinations, competitions, and performances at state, national, and international levels. Known for its strong traditional foundation and disciplined methodology, the institution prepares students for professional careers in Bharatanatya.

Tamoha Arts Foundation® also organizes Visthruti, an annual classical dance festival that offers a platform for young and emerging artistes, thereby actively contributing to the promotion and preservation of Indian classical arts.
